Quality Austria Adriatic confirmed that the recertification audit was successfully performed at KING ICT (with branches in Croatia, North Macedonia, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina) for the following internationally recognized standards:
ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System
ISO 27001:2022 Information Security Management System
ISO 20000 –1:2018 IT Service Management System
With the renewal of existing certificates, KING ICT Croatia has for the first time also been certified for:
ISO 27017:2015 Information Security for Cloud Services
ISO 27018:2019 Personal Data Protection in Cloud Services
This result confirms a high level of expertise and dedication of all teams within KING ICT group, and their focus on advancing the quality, environmental protection, information security and managing IT services and information security and personal data protection for cloud services, in particular for KING Cloud platform and services.
“The certificates reflect our strategic focus on security and transparency and inspire confidence in existing and future clients. By obtaining certificates, we confirm the establishment and implementation of the highest international standards in information security management, cloud security and data privacy protection. We are proud of our certification continuity in management systems in general, which, in addition to information security, includes also the quality management system, the environmental management system and the services management system”, they said from KING ICT.
