Changes to the Management Board of KING ICT Ltd.

ZAGREB, 12 January 2026 – KING ICT announces significant changes to its Management Board, effective as of 1 January 2026. With this strategic move, the company further strengthens its leadership with key competencies to support the achievement of ambitious strategic goals and continued growth in the IT market.
Dinko Vranješ and Ivan Jaić are joining the Management Board, bringing extensive experience and expertise. Their appointments reaffirm KING ICT’s strong commitment to innovation, quality improvement, and customer focus. Alongside them, the Management Board will continue to include Plamenko Barišić, President of the Management Board, and Kristina Alebić, Member of the Management Board.
Dinko Vranješ, long-standing Director of Infrastructure Business and Operations, brings a deep understanding of KING ICT’s business, culture, and values. His broad experience, gained through various operational and strategic leadership roles within the company, will play a key role in further optimising internal processes, advancing technological solutions, and strengthening customer-centricity.
Ivan Jaić joins the Management Board with nearly three decades of international experience across the fintech, telecommunications, medical, and IT industries.
